If you are running a vending machine business or have a vending machine in your office, it is inevitable that something will go wrong sometime and you would be needing to face a service problem. Often, the service issues are not that big and are resolved swiftly. It is critical that you are very specific while reporting a vending machine service issue to your vending service provider.


Here are a few things to consider while reporting a service issue with your snack vending machine.

The Location

When reporting a service issue, you should be specific as to the exact location of the vending machine that needs service. This is especially important if you have multiple vending machines spread about your property. For instance, if your office or company has ten vending machines, you need to be specific about the location of the particular vending machine you are having problem with. Tell them the floor and the part of the building, the machine is placed in.

The Issue

Be specific about the problem you are having with your Rowe vending machine. If your issue is regarding the refill of the vending machine, tell them about it specifically. This will enable the vending company to come prepared and resolve the issue as swiftly as possible. 

The Machine Number

Large companies such as Pepsi or Coca-Cola will typically assign numbers to each Rowe vending machine to keep a track of equipment.
